(FULL BIO/VIDEO BIO ON THE WAY) Star-LOC is an up and coming Tdot rapper with alot to say on the soon to be released album that is going to be a total change for this young talented artist."Akeem "Star" Stephenson was born October 30th, 1990 in(Empringham) MALVERN, a big part of the Scarborough region. He wasnt born with a silver spoon in his mouth, so the streets really influenced him to make that paper. He would always freestyle on the block with some of his friends but he was more interested in making money, whether leagally or illegally. This landed him a trip to jail hence the mixtape "Fresh Out The Bin" and having many youths looking for him to get revenge. He later learned many things the hardway but finally realised one cold night in jail that he had a voice and could tell a story through his lyrics. It was then that he finally began to take music serious and strived to make a future out of it. Before this time he had met a dude named Hazard who taught Star how to put a flow together. He also gave him the named Sleepz. He later didn't feel the name Sleeps so much so he changed it to Chaos because of his prior lifestyle he was so used to making chaos when he stepped into a neighbourhood. After many name changes and growing up into the man he is now he finally chose the name Star and stuck to it. Many people would agree this is a great name for him because if you really take in his flow you can most definately tell he's a star in the making. Stars ruff life allowed him to keep his family as his main inspiration and to change his old habits in order to keep the people he loved safe.Star started to really shine when he was introduced to C.A.R.T.E.R who at the time was named Blaze by a friend of his and also advisor Kiyla2Fresh. They started many movements including G.O.T (Gangstas On Top)Now called G's On Top and GLM (Get Live Music). Through this time he realesed a few underground albums including "The Come Up, Fresh Out The Bin and Main Event Vol. 1 (The Crowning)." He also made guest appearances on tracks of other G.O.T members such as Carter and Gibbs and other artists such as T-Fly, Konvic Killa, Three Blacka Tearz, Y.G. and Luelz. During all of this through major contravery Star EARNED the title as PRINCE OF THE DOT!! As the tracks he makes continue to go higher and higher in the rankings and though there are many other Canadian artists and he may not be the best he is most definately taking the game by storm and stepping to take the official title.
