Nushi

About Me

Nushi is known for it's catchy, melodic and energetic guitar style with an emphasis on dynamic changes in rhythm. Strong lead vocals pull these musical elements together in order to create catchy rock songs with a twist.Jeebs is the core member of Nushi. However, with the addition of a drummer and bassist the songs are endowed with greater energy with the intention of creating feelings of fun and excitement at every show.Nushi has received airplay on X92.9 FM as part of its Xposure program throughout the year of 2008, with a track called "Bleeding Pop Melodies" from its EP "We Live In Suburbs".The band currently has plans to record a full length album, scheduled to be completed by the end of the summer of 2009.Nushi plans on making a strong name for itself both in the local music scene and other areas of Canada. We are hard working and dedicated to our mutual love of writing and performing fun, catchy and energetic music with an ever-present element of slight eccentricity.Through years of learning experiences the band is now ready to show the listeners its true potential over the coming months.
