- Four Octave Range - D below mid C to D
- Consistent vocal ability, reliability and the ability to work under a variety of conditions
- Capable of picking up a song by ear very quickly (plus foundational sight reading skills.)
- In the Studio twice a week, minimum.

- Will deliver the 'vocal goods', arrive on time, get along with your colleagues, and be competent to work in whatever circumstances presented (including high-pressure situations).
