A Florida native born and raised in St Pete aka "The Burg" or "STP". I like to keep the mind, body, and soul active. I'm currently working to earn the CPA license and this keeps me very busy. I do make time for the good things in life.To keep myself sane I train for triathlons, especially the Ironman distance. As you know it's all about the endurance, ;-) !! I have completed four Ironman races and look forward to the challenge. I'll be coming out of triathlon retirement next year for a few races and back to the Ironman in 2009.So what else occupies my time besides working and studying: training, working out at the gym, catching the latest shows on the Discovery Channel, how can you not love the beach (grateful for every sunrise and sunset the good Lord provides us everyday), fishing, company of good (true) friends, meeting new friends, lively banter or discussion, college football Saturdays, concerts, or exploring Florida.My two favorite places in Florida are Sanibel/Captiva and the Florida Keys (mini lobster season always the best).Upcoming travels: Florida Keys, college football road trips, Belize, Hawaii for the Ironman, Ironman Brazil or Ironman Western Australia."It's better to be hated for who you are, than loved for who you are not", "Get Right With the Man" by Van Zandt.
