We are Christina and Kiley and we want a house. A house to live in together – as roommates. And why shouldn’t we have one? We’re young, smart, fun, and single. And the only thing that holds us back is a lack of funds. So we’re asking you to help.We live in Nashville, Tn and are proud to be a part of all the great things that are going on here…but lets face it, its tough in the post-grad world of not getting paid what youre worth…and with each passing day, prices are rising. So we’re asking you to help us out. 50 cents, two dollars,….heck. if you have a couple thousand you’re willing to part with, we’ll take that too !But don’t think that you’ll be getting away with nothing for giving us what you will! We might be strapped for cash, but we have unlimited amounts of creativity and charm..So here’s how it will work: If you give us at least a dollar, we’ll be sending you a picture of us and a remedial drawing done with our very hands (ok, kiley isn’t very artistic so she’ll be coloring things in and drawing background shapes ? ) perfect for hanging on your fridge so you can tell your friends, “look at these fun girls! They’re my friends and I am helping them buy their house!”If you give us a whopping $100, we will be naming an appliance, piece of furniture, or part of the house after you…. For example, a conversation between the two of us in our new house could go something like this: KILEY: “hey Christina. Could you get that? Someone’s knocking on the “Bob Reed.” CHRISTINA: “sure. But just to let you know…there’s something wrong with the “SUSAN BLACKWELL”. I can’t get it to flush….could you take a look at it?Now for this, we will need a picture of you to hang on whatever we decide to name after you. So be sure to send one in with your donation!!Lastly, for every $20 you donate, we will enter your name in a drawing. Once we have enough money to buy a house, we will fly one of you lucky birds out here to hang out with us! Isn’t the prospect just thrilling?!!And of course, ALL of you will be invited to the moving in party. you’ll have to provide your own transportation unfortunately… but everyone who helped out will get to sign our door in permanent marker!
