Daud Mian Rehman, nineteen years old and being one half of the Production Duo, Koncrete Beatz, has recently been signed to Writers Ink Records as the in house producer for both, Cali Stylz & Des. I've been working on Cali Stylz second Animation album, and Population album both due out in 2009. I'm also in charge for producing Des' second album too which is also out this year. So much is happening right now, but if you don't try you don't get the answer right? Growing up in a household of music fanatics, i got a feel for music at a very young age. By the age of five i was playing or doing a beat/drum pattern with a pencil or pen on plastic bottles, tables, books & doors!! Basically anything that would give off a good sound of bass, mid & high. I didn't know what i was doing at the time but the shit sounded good. My first step into music production was with software called "Music 2000" I started getting good at making drum patterns, bass lines & melodies exactly the same as the original tracks that i was copying. Then my brother Kash encouraged me to start making original material. The rest is history. I was 12 then. Making music is something that get's me through my day. If i have a day where i haven't made a beat, it's because i'm out of reach of my equipment.
