♥ chicago. i've lived here all of my life, although at some point i'd like to live near the ocean and scoot around from point A to B on an orange and white moped. i

♥ the sun, the rain, and the ocean. i like parks (parking spots!) that i can just pull in to. im a city girl, but parallel parking is not my forte. i hate liver, lima beans, and liars, and when the words 'ghetto' and 'gay' are used as adjectives. i don't like people that treat animals inhumanely, thats just sad. i don't like second hand smoke and i can't wait til smoking is banned in public places here in illinois or better yet, on earth. i'm a steak and potato with an ice cold coca-cola kinda girl. aint no shame in the grubbing game, i
♥ food! i love breakfast food at anytime of the day. i'm on a cereal kick right now. and cheese...yummmm, its great. i wanted to be a marine biologist when i graduated from 8th grade, but times have changed and nursing is my career of choice. i never went on prom and i'm a bit salty about that. i do not favor clowns that much. Im a texting queen and the longest voicemail message leaver on the planet. i might go out occasionally, well, not so much. when i hear 'this is for my people' i gets on my feet. im 10 steps ahead of ya' allday everyday and i'm working on fine tuning it, its more than just a gut feeling. i am grace under fire, gettin' burned isnt so fun. its been proven that the only constant is change, it just takes me a minute to get used to that change. i've learned not to make plans, but to set goals and achieve them. i do my best to do my best. i make mistakes and i own up. i believe that word is bond. say it with conviction. aint no half-steppin' or stuttering around these parts. there’s a tagalog proverb that states,
"May pakpak ang balita. May tenga ang lupa." meaning...the news/gossip has wings and the land has ears. basically...be accountable for what you say, period. a lot can happen in a day, an hour, and in a few minutes. no matter what, life is beautiful, rain or shine. after the storm is when the ocean's treasures come to shore. enjoy every second of every day.
