Hi, my REAL name is Jimmy, I'm a short, stalkey, bear/cub hybrid who loves music, art (all mediums), the outdoors, intellegent banter, good friends and good times, and life in general, I suppose. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those 'bouncing off the walls' Ned Flanders types, but I'm definetly not some whiney little bitch that refuses to enjoy life for what it is because optimism is no longer fashionable; fuck fashion! I do things my own way and I always have. I love to cook and have parties for family and friends, the holiday season is my favorite time of year because gives me a chance to really use my greatest talents (you wouldn't know it from looking at me but I'm a regular Martha Stewart). I feel that football, friends, and beer are a winning combination (so long as everyones pitching in for cab; let's be honest, no one wants to be a designated driver, it's lame)! Music has always been a very important staple in my life. I play bass, and dabble in guitar, keyboards, and whatever else strikes my fancy. I also like to write music and lyrics. My blogs are mostly recent poetry/songs I wrote at some point or other and if they come off as depressing to you, you probably didn't get them, please read again! One of the coolest things about myspace is the amount of free music floating about and the oppurtunity to contact your favorite bands, as well as preview music from and communicate with up and coming bands! I'm a very loving and compassionate person. I commonly put the wants and needs of others before my own simply because I love to please people and take care of the ones close to me. I feel this is ultimately our purpose in this ocean of chaos called 'life'.
