Indie Luck

Handmade goods for independent people

About Me

My name is Chrissa Craft, the bones behind Indie Luck . I practice art and craft like a religion. With an eye for detail, notion for risk taking, and diy ethics, I continue to forge new paths while adding to both my experience and love for everything crafty.
My hands are what connect me to my work, but if there is a power tool near, tie down your belongings! I especially love all kinds of tools and collect them even if there isn't an immediate (or even future) use for them.
Beginning my art career as a plaster sculptor at age 14, and continuing on to work in a ceramics studio at age 18, has given me an artistic outlet while allowing me to earn money doing what I love, for most of my life. I feel extremely fortunate for this and can only hope to someday make a difference by providing similar opportunities for young people to be creative.
I am a computer programmer and web designer by profession, but right now I am having so much fun with the light hearted side of creating handmade goods. It is spontaneous, fun and people love it.
Craft hard. Play Hard. Get Lucky.
