_____Greetings... Music Lovers.I'm Khadijo, a musician, instructor, teacher, director and music producer from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands living on the sunny isle of Bermuda. I play three instruments: the piano (my principal instrument), which I began learning at the ripe age of five, the congas which came along my second year in college, and the xylophone, a musical love affair that has always be there since my teens. Now I'm about to pick up the bass.....like I have all the time in the world to learn that instrument,... but anyway that's who I am. Plus I'm the keyboardist for the TRI THIS band....a hip hop smooth jazz band that features the musicof primarly BERMUDA TRI, as well my own, and others.
Currently I'm working on my Third Album called TRES..... some of the unfinished instrumentals are in the track player box above. Go ahead and check out what's new from KHADIJO.
It should be noted that on the new album I will be featuring a small group of talented musicians, artists and poets of Bermuda.
