My musical journey thus far... Born of musical parents - Father attended same school as Pete Best, and worked with John Lennon's uncle - "a waste of space who will never do anything with his life" was his opinion of his nephew! Raised in Cwmbran, South Wales, and attended same school as Green Gartside of Scritty Politty fame Moved to Manchester, and spent eight years living next door to Factory Records headquarters in Didsbury... As far as my songwriting goes, my influences tend towards the classics of yesteryear...Any music played on instruments built before 1970, with great chord progressions, intriguing melodies and clever harmonies gets my vote....
