Music... movies. Music... movies, and the like.
Top five musical crimes perpetuated by Stevie Wonder in the '80s and '90s. Go. Sub-question: is it in fact unfair to criticize a formerly great artist for his latter day sins, is it better to burn out or fade away?
I play music. I listen to music. I live for music. I have over 2000 albums. I love it. I listen to alot of different stuff, too much to even list anymore and its getting weirder and more eccentric by the day. If you get me drunk enough, I may even dance. I have almost nothing more to say now but to give a list of bands I've been rocking out to lately:::: Supersuckers, Zeke, Neurosis, Danzig, Rollins Band, John Zorn, Sigor Ros, Otis Redding, Zombi, ISIS, Type O Negative, the Damned, the Cramps, the Stooges, Slayer, Social Distortion, Johnny Cash, the Misfits, the Doors, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Life of Agony, Alice Cooper, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, Pearl Jam, Thin Lizzy, the TripDaddys, Tricky Woo, Electric Frankenstein, Iron Maiden, NIN, Reverend Horton Heat, the Brides, Carnivore, ELVIS!, Clutch, Fu Manchu, HIM, the Black Keys, Anthrax, ACDC, William Shatner (thats no joke), 7 Shot Screamers, SunnO))), Pantera, Tiger Army, T00L, Marilyn Manson, the Hellacopters, MC5, Blue Cheer, CCR, John Lee Hooker, Spirit Caravan, the Obsessed, Davie Allan and the Arrows, the Fuzztones, Black Flag, Black Sabbath, White Zombie, Faith No More or anything Patton, the Ramones, GWAR, Tom Waits, Gore Gore Girls, Fireball Ministry, YETI, Janes Addiction... Certain guitar players are my hereos because their music and playing threw me so far into music, I cannot ever get out. Ted Nugent (when he plays and doesnt talk), Tony Iommi, Angus Young, Michael Bruce and Glen Buxton, Wayne Kramer and Fred "Sonic" Smith, James Hetfield, Capt Sensible, Dan "Thunder" Bolton and Rontrose Heathman - all around solid players. Then there are guys who smashed my understanding of guitar playing: Chris Haskett, King Buzzo, Kenny Hickey, Greg Ginn... more later.
