My Interests

Theme time radio hour. Orphans, boarding schools, the variability of fact, febreze, monsters with no knees, buttons, knitting, libraries, dreaming about the sea, big eyed kids, peregrine honig, wildflowers, apple picking, anonymity.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet all my faraway friends for a drink and a smoke tonight.

Music:

Dolly Parton, Tom Waits, The Ronettes, The Pipettes, Neko Case, Kathleen Hanna stuff etc - basically i want to hear voices drowning in sugar. old sounds the way they used to sound, and old sounds mashed into new shapes. crooked frames and leaning towers.

Movies:

Whatever Happened to Baby Jane, Grey Gardens, Harvey, The Lost Boys, Anne of Green Gables, Daisies, love stories that don't make me barf, dry humor that doesn't make me think gee i've heard this joke a few times since yesterday

Television:

i'm into many things from the bbc, anything by joss whedon, arrested development, little house on the prairie, veronica mars and lots of passing fancies here & there.

Books:

fiction with plots and characters. poems that make my heart hurt or my chest swell.
