.. MUSIC IS NOT A MATTER OF JUST DANCING AND FUN! Is Our Loadded Weapon Against Tirany and Death. Praise the LORD Jesus! CIA Satanism & PedophiliaLast night I started reading Alex Constantine’s Psychic Dictatorship in the USA, which seems to be a much-beloved work in the annals of conspiracy-lit. I’m not yet far enough into it to really evaluate the book as a whole, but looking at it in light of recent conversations held here has started to open my eyes to some things. And they aren’t necessarily the things the book is ostensibly trying to uncover, such as secret CIA mind control operations.Instead, it has to do with how ideas are linked and associated within conspiracy culture. Chapter two of this book is titled: “CIA, Satanism & Cult Abuse of Children.” For the purposes of this discussion, I would like to refrain from delving into the factual merits of these topics - as other people have explored them with greater depth and skill than myself. What I would like to do is unpack that chapter title and look at the concepts which are really being associated within the public eye.The CIA, Satanism and pedophilia are each by themselves powerful boogey-men in our society. Each one individually is the source of great mistrust, fear and misunderstanding. The CIA is of course the mostly-secret arm of our government, engaging in things we know are bad, but are mostly unaware of, but which we also suspect and are told are for our own benefit. Satanism, meanwhile, is the antithesis of Christianity and is therefore automatically an abomination. Pedophilia, on the other hand, is one of the few cultural sexual taboos that was not liberated or transcended by the Sexual Revolution. Not only that, it speaks to both the innocence of youth and to the issue of human rights.Slap them all together and what do you get? You get a mythology (whether real or imagined) that cleverly hooks anti-government sentiment to the traditional Christian value system, and also to its more modern secular humanist offshoot. Each issue is also highly emotionally charged, layered with fascination and guilt, ensuring that none can be talked about with a cool head, nevermind all three of them joined together. It is, quite simply, a conceptual and emotional powerhouse - worthy of a master propagandist such as Edward Bernays (though I’m not suggesting he created it).Looking at it from the perspective of a marketing campaign or public relations initiative is an interesting one, if only because it allows us to at least temporarily disentangle ourselves from the powerful threads of emotionality running through it. Imagining it as a media message, in addition to strictly a factual occurence allows us to ask why this grouping of ideas has spread, and who has been spreading it. I don’t have any solid answers to that, but picking apart the component elements of it and analyzing the effects it has on people may give us clues about how it could be used as an idea to drive people towards certain conclusions. What groups would benefit from a linking of anti-government sentiment to hot-button Christian myths about evil? Who would have the foresight to also make sure that young secular humanists just starting families for whom Satanism isn’t as psychology threatening also have something to fear?Maybe that’s the wrong way of dissecting this phenomenon though - because it suggests that it has psychological roots and cultural effects beyond the actual supposed acts themselves. Or maybe there’s something to such an analysis.christian, cia, conspiracy, government, pedophilia, propaganda, psychology, satanismArticles With Similar Themes: Get your free CIA public relations manual here More Leary CIA Stuff “Adam, Adam, Procreate!” CIA-Soviet Prisons CIA Director Jokes: “We don’t do torture!” Read In Sequence: Prev: Gay Commercials Next: Tony Blair’s New Age Re-Birth3 Reader Responses James Says:August 4th, 2006 at 4:51 pm From my understanding of what I’ve read in my collections of conspiracy lit, the Satanism is a front for more nefarious goings-on, the pedophilia is for blackmailing politicians and world leaders, and the CIA doesn’t directly fund such activity– rogue agents and former CIA spooks (or fringe groups like The Finders) are called in for that.No one ever gets past the Satanism. The minute you bring up Satanism, the issue is reduced to ridiculous paranoia. Remember the McMartin pre-school trials? Or Geraldo’s “expose” on Satanism in the 80s? Satan is a sensational topic, not only in the Red States but the Blue Ones as well.If the conspiracy hounds lost the Satanism and focused on a child-sex-slave-blackmail network that exists in this country, it would still induce hysteria but of a different kind. This time, parents would be concerned, not just “religious wackos”.What’s interesting is the strange bedfellows these types of CTs attract: Born Again Christians with Left-wing Bush haters, Anarchic atheists teaming with fundamentalist purists…Tim Boucher Says:August 4th, 2006 at 5:46 pm Satan is a sensational topic, not only in the Red States but the Blue Ones as well.Right, cause even people who don’t consider themselves Christian still have the leftover patterning of Christian mythology inside them. You don’t have to be Christian to believe in evil. And even if you don’t believe in it personified, you get a cheap thrill considering that some people do, and would also worship it.focused on a child-sex-slave-blackmail network that exists in this country, it would still induce hysteria but of a different kind.Right, that’s what I meant wh *********
