I love everything from Common, Kanye, T.I., Black Eyed Peas, Bobby Valentino, Robin Thicke, ATCQ (that's a tribe called quest if you didn't know) Camp Lo, Fugees, Mariah Carey, Amerie, Mya, Gwen Stefani, Fefe Dobson, Kelly Clarkson, Maroon 5, Yeah Yeah Yeahs...too many to name. If it's on the radio, I'll listen to it and end up loving it.
I love scary movies! Though I can't really sit through the whole thing without covering my eyes the first time I see it. I like the thrill, but can't take the scenes sometimes.Latest movie I saw, White Noise. Pretty good, pretty sad, pretty trippy if you believe in all that stuff.My favorites? Any Black romantic comedy, best one so far "Love Jones". I don't discriminate on my movies, but I just happen to be intrigued more with Black actors and actresses, since there are so few.Any love story is good. I don't mind foreign films, but sometimes I get thrown off trying to read the subtitles instead of enjoying the movie.Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman are my favorite actresses, have you seen Closer? That was a good movie I must say.

I've been reading since I was 3, okay maybe 4!I love reading. Such an therapeutic thing to do. It's so mind releasing. I love African American Literature, and once again I don't discriminate, I just read what I can relate to.I enjoy some Major British writers, Aphra Behn tops the list (poetry)Finished reading "He's Just a Friend", by Mary B. Morrison (read 245 pages in 2days, so there!) I also read "Bling" by Erica Kennedy, a definite must read.I've ready plenty from Toni Morrison to Zane, everything, I love to read and write. I'm an English major and an aspiring novelist. What can I say?

I try to lead and set positive examples for my younger sister and show her anything can be done, and I can do it, you can do it too.God The McCoy family. They've gone through so much over the past year and are an inspirational to all in a crisis. My mom, only sometimes when she acts like a mom. She's gone through a lot and has done so much for me, but at the same time it seems as if she resents my sister and I for having to go through so much and do so much for us. Hmmph, that's a tough one.
