About Me

I graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology, which is the study of human movement. Certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I have been in the field for 12 years. Looking to improve the quality of life for my clients through individualized training, coaching, and mentoring, I strive to learn each day to maximize their experience with me. ---------------For the last six years I have been working in the Atlanta area, providing my clients with exceptional service, catering to their individual needs. My focus in personal training includes the following programs: weight loss, strength training, cardio vascular, sport specific training, pre and post natal care, pre and post rehabilitation, fitness competition, postural and muscular balance and analysis, life coaching, as well as dietary recommendations. -------------------With all of the growing trends in the fitness world, I search to experiment and look at myths, fads, and misinformation. Believing in training the body through movements, I focus on core stability and strength.
