Sounds Like: MATT CARTERAfter a stellar summer playing the hottest clubs in Ibiza Matt Carter has burst back on the UK club scene.
In June 08 Matt saw off 160 other DJs to snatch first prize at Manumission’s Bar M DJ competition and then celebrated his win by playing the Manumission opening party alongside Mylo, Lottie, Xpress 2 and Steve Aoki. Just to prove he’s no flash in the pan Matt took runner up in the Es Paradis competition also in June, and played throughout the season at the infamous Fiesta del Agua at Es Paradis.When he’s not on the decks Matt is at his laptop producing new material. BAFTA winner director Stuart Urban has used the hard hitting electro banger NeoniKa from The Mercury on his forthcoming film Love, Lies and Lingerie.
