Likes: Good food, Movies, Music, Sleeping, Watching TV, Spending time with my family, open minded people, and Travel - especially going somewhere new. I also like Learning, Cats, Walking on the beach, Autumn, the NC State Fair, Full moons, Ghost stories, and the Mountains.
Some good points about me would be that I have a good sense of humor, kind and sympathetic to others, a good listener, and a really great cook.
Dislikes: Double Standards, red tape, Wastefulness, Greed, Laziness.

In myself, I dislike my hot temper and impatience. I also wish I could be more self-motivating to follow through with projects. I get preoccupied with an idea and tend to forget about everything else. Social situations terify me, and I'm painfully shy so I come off as a snob at parties.
I don't like to make waves which can be good or bad in certain situations. Whenever I experience something new, I savor it with what Sammy says is "childlike wonder". You could say that I am easy to make happy, but also easy to piss off! Stress is probably my number one enemy and I have a hard time relaxing.

A few personal goals and dreams: One day, I want to own my own restaurant and feature my artwork for sale on it's walls. I'd like to be a husband and a father.

Movies, music, drawing, fine art, art history, pottery, cooking, Ultima Online, World of Warcraft, web surfing, nature walks, canoeing, Gothic and fantasy inspired clothing, Renaissance Festivals, trips to the beach, the tarot, Greek Mythology, Paranormal and supernatural activity.

Music:

Favorite bands are: Metallica, Social Distortion, W.A.S.P., Filter, Rammstein, The Misfits, Kiss, Green Day, Type O Negative, Puddle of Mudd, Tom Petty, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, REM, (old) Skid Row, Alice Cooper, Pink Floyd, The Beatles.

I will listen to about anything though, Rock of all time periods and varieties being my favorite. Classic rock, 80's hair bands, Industrial, Grunge, Metal etc.. it's all good. I like a few select Country songs and even some dance music. Our iPod is my new best friend.

Movies:

Star Wars, The Frighteners, 6th Sense, Signs, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Indiana Jones, Aliens, Terminator 2, Halloween, The Exorcist, Nightmare Before Christmas, Galaxy Quest, Edward Scissorhands, Psycho, Rosemary's Baby, The Omen, Highlander, Meet the Fockers, Dogma, GoodFellas, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Spider Man 2, The Harry Potter movies, animated Disney and Pixar films..

Television:

CSI, Survivor, Law and Order: SVU, Food Network, MythBusters, Brittish comedies, Star Trek: TOS, TNG, DS9. I watch too much TV. I could get so much done if I just tore myself from the tube.

Books:

Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal, The DaVinci Code, The Exorcist, Legion. The Oz series and The Magical Monarch of Mo by Frank L. Balm, The Harry Potter series, Wise Child and Juniper by Monica Furlong

Heroes:

My family, for taking care of me and being there for me always. My darling Samantha, for being the bravest most determined woman in the world, and for putting up with me.

I am signed in to myspace, and my profile says somewhere about 200 hits. I refresh the page and it says over 500 hits. Um, wtf..? I know everybody loves me and all, but 300 hits in 25 seconds??
