I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships and Friends

About Me

So you may be wondering why I have “dating” and “serious relationships” selected here in my personal profile when I'm also married (very happily married BTW)... that's 'cause I'm polyamorous (not a swinger - see my blog to clarify that ), married, and available to women. I re-discovered the "poly" word not too long ago and it fits so well I don't know why I didn't use it before. I think I had it mixed up with group marriages or something like that (which is an actual subset, but not the defining thing). Still getting used to labeling myself that way. See polyamory.com for a really cool definition of what Polyamory is and isn't. There's also a nifty thing in the wikipedia about polyamory too. Plenty 'o people out there trying to clear up the difference and define polyamory - no need to re-invent that wheel.
I'm definitely not closeted, but not famously "out" either. I usually tell people as it comes up or when dating; don't hide my affection for someone I'm dating in public (unless they want me to), actually love mild PDAs (holding hands, arms around each other, hugging, kissing, sitting on laps); made myself some jewelry that I wear with symbols for bisexuality and polyamory I got from wikipedia ( picture of it here ); participate in LGBT events as I can, etc.
Oh yeah, my kid's 21 now, and lives at home part-time, and is cool with my dating women and all.
So, now that I've gotten that cleared up, here's some more about me:
Tiny woman w/turned up nose, often mistaken for younger; wear no makeup or scents; playful; slightly mischievous; like sex but don't need it; often called fairy, sprite, nymph, elf, pixie, etc.; looking for a long term girlfriend - dates, friends & fun in the meantime. :)
I've been "accused" of having more than my fair share of patience, common sense, and creativity. I like to apply them to all aspects of life.
It's easy to pick up on men for me, but I'm not looking for that now. I've been shy w/women in the past (working on that now). I've had some one-night experiences & missed opportunities w/friends in college, many crushes & secret loves of friends (too shy to act/not wanting to mess up friendship if she's not into it), lots of dancing & grinding in clubs, but no full romantic relationships of any length yet. I want that though. Flings are fun, but good relationships are better.
See General Interest section at left for more info about me...
My Magi Card:
THE MESSENGER
Those born on this birthday are highly perceptive, intuitive, and often psychic. Oddly enough, not many realize the gifts they have. This is known as the card of the messenger, and you were born with a responsibility to the truth. It's very important that you live in integrity with your words and actions, and imperative that you have a belief system you can live by that holds true for you. Once you align with yourself in this way, you become unstoppable in what you can achieve and the goodness that you can bring to yourself and others. Before finding your true passion in life, there can be worry, fear, and procrastination. Once self-doubt is overcome you can do absolutely anything you choose to do. This is one of the most fortunate life paths in the deck. Dreaming big can lead you to wonderful success; spiritually and materially, both of which you have the ability to tap simultaneously. Your intuition is your strongest guide, and when followed, will always lead you in the right direction. You love being in love, but you tend to approach love through your head rather than your heart. Get comfortable with your feelings and what lies outside of your comfort zone, and let yourself be loved. You are giving and kind, exceptionally bright, and artistically gifted. A spiritual, or disciplined practice of some kind, and the commitment to take action with your ideas is the key to making your dreams come true.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

My soulmate girlfriend - I know you're out there somewhere, I can feel it!

Intelligent, fun, fit, creative, rational, generous, capable and/or are strong women - doesn't have to be physical strength (but a good set of deltoids are always nice). :D Gymnasts, runners, professional dancers and/or choreographers, musicians, artists, independent thinkers and such. Womyn into stuff I'm into. Some women to go hiking and camping with, to dance with, to do crafts with, to harvest and eat fruit with, to talk with, laugh with etc.

Of the "famous"... Daniela Sea & Bitch, Angelina Jolie, Uma Thurman, Peta Wilson, Jessica Alba, Lucy Liu, Yancy Butler, Carlie Simon, Jen Thompson, Christina Cox, Cameron Diaz, Cher, Madonna, Demi Moore, Meryl Streep, and other interesting women that are strong in some manner or another - for obvious reasons.

Of the "unlikely"... Spongebob Squarepants and Patrick 'cause they'd be a fun friends. ;) Hmmm.. guess we'd have to meet in the ocean 'cause I don't wanna' dry 'em out like that Squirrel chick did LOL; Mr. Bill - so I can help the poor dude so he can stop having to say, "Oh no!"; Jessica Rabbit - need I say more?; the person who first drew the yellow happy face w/no nose - to give 'em a big hug and wish them a very nice day. :)

And lots of other historic people that I will not go into right now.
