I am here for Friends

About Me

I have so much to be thankful for. I serve a powerful God who will never leave me or forsake me. I have a beautiful girlfriend that I appreciate and thank God for everyday. She's amazing and I am so happy to have someone like her in my life. I'm thankful that God has blessed me so much in these past few months.

My Interests

I play the guitar and piano by ear, but I'm not that great at either. I really like to write and am trying to write a book. I also like photography, drawing, painting, mountain climbing, mountain biking, dancing, and reading.

I'd like to meet:

I've found someone who is trustworthy, I've found someone who knows what they want (most of the time), I've found someone who doesn't follow the crowd...someone who is able to express what they feel without worrying about what other people think...someone who knows who they are...someone who loves Jesus as their savior...someone who can admit that they don't know everything...someone who can care about others more that themselves...someone who isn't frustrated with how their life isn't...someone who is joyful through the hard times as well as the as the good times...someone who is patient in their time and their spending...her name is Kathryn Rodgers and I love her.

Change of Heart in Peru

I walked through the debris, holding my hand to my face, the putrid smell emanating from all around. I felt as though I was walking in garbage as soon as I had exited the plane. The hot wind beat agai...

Tape and Stickiness

I've used this metaphor before, but it's a good one. A relationship is like two pieces of scotch tape. If you put two pieces of tape together it's extremely hard to get them apart. Now imagine if you ...
