da Rads, my feline chillen, my otha chillen of course, grandchillen, FRIENDS, other N'Awlins music, N'Awlins food, festivals, beaches, beach bars, cruises, vacations, good rock, blues, jam, reggae, and beachy music, swimmin' in da pond wid da fishheads, orphans, and misfits, seeing' da Saints have a winning season and just kicking the helloutta anyone on a field, and traveling to places not ravished by disaster...oh, and live music!
Now that I have a HUMBLE ABODE, albeit it incomplete and stuffed with boxes and bags of recovered stuff and new purchases of replacements, I find almost no one lives in New Orleans anymore, so I would say friends, more friends. Dere help does get me by. Also, in no particular order: Prince Charming with his gee-tar in tote, my (non-existent) grandchildren, the first of whom I shall have the privilege of meeting SOON; someone who will offer me a really really really decent job in New Orleans or anywhere in the Tampa-St. Pete area (or even close to Prince Charming's castle where I will live happily ever after), and someone who can lend me the right perspective to continue facing the losses and all dem changes accompanying all dis post-K chit...oh, and I'd like to hang out with JIMMY BUFFETT and his friends for a week, a month, a year...
Did I mention I like da New Orleans Radiators? Seriously, it just wouldn't be fair to start making a list that I could never complete in this small space...music is one of the best things we have to enjoy in this life...visit my friends and let them share their music!
Pre-K, I loved the intensity of Pulp Fiction. Post-K, I have loved watching silly comedies, such as "Meet the Fockers". A good laugh is always welcome in N'Awlins these daze...
