The Money Makers

About Me

The Money Makers are a modern band with a vintage sound. Their groovy 70's style power blues jams, accompanied with a psychedelic vibe, comprise their overall sound. The Money Makers have brought their sound to places such as the Sad Cafe in Plaistow, and Rocko's Bar and Grill. Founding member and guitar player Lukas Goudreault acquired bass player Patrick Roberts in the spring of 2007. Soon after, the groovin' bass player's younger brother Jeffrey Roberts fell into place as the bands drummer and percussionist. The trio began to crop their sound from bands like the Black Crowes, Phish, and Blind Melon. Feeling as if there was a missing piece to their ideal sound, they felt a spot must be filled. In the late summer of 2007 the call was answered by long time friend Brian McGravey on the keyboards. Now the band was complete. They played their first show in September of 2007 at the Sad Cafe. Ever since, they've been bringing their tunes, and unique performances to fans everywhere. You can contact us at [email protected].
