Hello to all up and coming bands!!! welcome to the official dreamdemon myspace. I have set this small time record label up because of my own expierence's with bands and recording. In the world of music, as most of us who play in bands or just play instruments, we know how costly recording a good quality demo or album can be. Most of us don't have 200 pounds to spend a day in a recording studio and alot of venues now adays ask to here your bands demo. So this is where i come. I've spent over 2000 pounds on recording equipment, i have a computer with 2500 pounds worth of software installed ready to go!
AIM
my aim is to provide a cheap but good quality recording service for young up and coming bands.
To help promote bands to give them more coverage.
SERVICES
i will be offering:-
live demo recordings
This is where the whole band plays together all micced up and i hit record.
This is not the best way of recording a 'good sound' but will capture your live sound and is much quicker. Expect to get 3 - 4songs completed in the session time.
Seperate recordings
This is where all the instruments are recorded seperately either with the use of a click track or just by the individuals own timing. This will give you the best sound, but will cost more and takes the longest amount of time to do. This will be done on an hourly rate. This gives you the flexability of your budget and the freedom to decide how long you want in the studio.
live drums
If like alot of drummers, you struggle to remember the songs, or your timing is slightly off, this package is perfect for solving these problems. The whole band plays together, but only the drum kit is micced up and recorded. Once the drums have been successfully been recorded, we record the other instruments seperately.
