The Lyrics and Melodies Tour consists of different forms of traditional and contemporary gospel music presented in theatrical production form. It originated in January 2005, with its first performance at Bethany SDA in Miami. It contains a praise and worship ensemble, a men's group, A Female Vocalist, a Poet, Band and a Spoken Word artist. The Lyrics and Melodies Tour has been as far north as New York and all over Central, West and South Florida. "Lyrics and Melodies" is produced by young adults who love the Lord and love glorifying Him in their unique, individual, artistic ways. This show has served thus far as a great outreach and ministerial tool in telling others about Christ. The artists in this production are dedicated to their ministry and have also performed separately in and out of Florida. The artists are amateur acts that are pursuing serious careers in professional gospel entertainment. Each act averages at least 5 years experience in there ministry. The Tour was created as a vehicle to witness to others and inspire those who want to pursue careers full time in Gospel Entertainment, which showcases everything from poetry, singing, instrumentation, and acting.
