Drained of Life

Drained of Life was formed in Connecticut in 2000 and played regional hardcore shows sharing the bill with bands like Death Before Dishonor, Bury Your Dead, 25 Ta Life, Murphy's Law, Agents of Man, Irate, Cease To Exist, G.F.Y., Everybody Gets Hurt, No Redeeming Social Value, Billy Club Sandwich, Carnage Crew, New York Conflict, Punch Your Face, A Thousand Falling Skies, The Way of All Flesh, Fight Night, Under My Skin and more. In 2003 everyone focused their attention in different directions. Guitarist Mike Z AKA Mikey Yeah joined New York's 25 Ta Life in 2003 touring with them for a year worldwide. Mike then joined 100 Demons from 2003 to 2007 playing 40 countries, doing a video and recording with them as well. Bassist Lou Jacque is an accomplished tattoo artist and is now with Transcend Tattoo in Branford, CT. Lou has also done the cover artwork for 100 Demons self-titled CD and the Drained of Life "Change of Power" CD cover layout and artwork. Guitarist Pat Garcia later joined Dead By Wednesday and left DBW in 2008. Drained of Life released one CD entitled "Change of Power" in 2002. The songs above are from that disc. In spring 2008 Drained of Life reformed to record again. Stay tuned and stay brutal.
