After years of serving up the best beef in town the boys of Market House Meats decided to serve up something else. In 2003 it was time to put down the old clever and pick up the mpc. Was it hard getting in the studio and finding new ways to serve juicy goodness...? Heck yea..! But trimming the fat is what we do.
