Donya Fenner was born and raised in Hearne Texas, under the instructions of her grandmother who introduced and taught her about strong Christian values and praise and worship which she honorable carries to this day. Discovering that God had placed a gift of singing and song writing in her at the tender age of 8 years old, Donya's older sister Marilyn Robinson formed a rnb group and alongside Donya wrote some of the material her and the other girls sung for talent shows, colleges, and radio. Donya has now embraced her God given gifts and uses them to give God the glory. In 2003 Donya joined a group of gospel singers called " Believer's Deliver" and had the oppurtunity to travel all over Texas and share the stages with some of gospel's greats. Relocating to Torrance California, Donya is a gospel soloist and an active member at Bread of Life Christian Center in Carson California. Where she is under the teachings of Pastor Major Johnson. She is also active in praise and worship at Bread of Life. At her former church, New Vision Church of Jesus Christ, she was also active in praise and worship and in an outreach ministry called “Unity Day”. She loves the Lord and is glad to be his willing vessel. She worked a short period of time as a recruiter for Mtv’s/ Bet’s casting director Lamont Pete, where she had the opportunity to work for the beautiful and anointed Juanita Bynum and Amy Rushes. Shortly after that she would open up with one of her songs that she wrote at the late Barry Whites dedication ceremony in Los Angeles California. Troubled by the levels of depression women and girls are facing in the world and having gone through them herself, Donya has founded an Outreach Ministry for Women and Girls called “Creative Creature”. This convention is to uplift, encourage and empower Women and Girls who are suffering from low self esteem, depression and self hatred toward self because of the lack of knowing who they are in Christ Jesus. Donya continues to spread the Gospel through singing, writing, television and through Creative Creature which will soon travel from state to state proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Donya is also a mother and loving wife. To God be the Glory.
