I have a son and a daughter. They have grown to be fine young adults. I have one grandchild and she is the spark that keeps me going. Maria is in college and I miss seeing her every day. I work as a bookkeeper and office manager for a natural gas and oil company. I have a BS degree in Business Education with emphasis in Secretarial Science and Office Administration. I served 3 years in the U.S. Army and traveled all over the western United States. After college, I worked as a secretary for a coal company for 15 years, taught at a business college for a while and then moved on to where I'm at today. I'm also a member of Kentuckians for the Commonwealth and take an active part in fighting mountaintop removal and unjust mining activities.
