Pure Clubbing Enjoyment represents my innovative taste and love of Soul, Jazz, Latin, Afro Funk, and House.I started spinning records back in 1993, at the age of 15. Back then it was mostly just for fun, at small parties, birthdays and school balls. Today I still spin records for fun, but now it’s a serious fulltime job. A fulltime job, that has taken me all over the world, from the south to the north in Europe, to the northern parts of Africa, to the US and even to Asia. I have played as a deejay for over 13 years now, and even though I have bin spinning records for a long time, I still have a passion for combining known and forgotten classics from the past, with the best from today’s House, Dance and Electronical scene.I believe my best trade, as a deejay, is my ability to surprise club guests with many different styles of music, without confusing them, but instead showing them that soul, jazz, disco, funk, and Latin can be combined with House and Club Classics, for a lethal cocktail of pure clubbing enjoyment. My music style is as wide spread as it comes. It’s not just about club records; my taste extends into whatever music is required to give the crowd an experience out of the ordinary.My sounds will spread from quirky, funky sounds of a pre-club bar or post-club after party, through sexy and soulful vocal house, to disco and twisted house music, all of it with a Latin twist that will keep you in a happy state of mind all night.Even though my music style is so wide spread, I am also very picky about what I play and I truly believe that my biggest asset as a Deejay is my ability to mix a lot of different styles together, and to do so with an excellent flow in the music and superb mixing skills. I have spend more than 10 years working towards being a versatile and technically gifted Deejay, able to give the crowd a unique experience when I mix a cocktail of Pure Clubbing Enjoyment. From disco and dirty electronica to orchestral funk and Latin flavors, this is music for music lovers – imagine the best type of party, where the Deejay cuts loose from restrictions of tempo or genre and concentrates on mixing and blending purely the finest tuneage his box holds and you’ll have a fair idea of what PURE CLUBBING ENJOYMENT and Djriis is all about.
