I'm married to the love of my life and live in Saskatoon, Saskatoon. I've just moved back to Saskatchewan after 15 years in Alberta where we started our own hot sauce company Droolin' Devil Fine Foods and an online hot sauce ecommerce site www.unclebig.com . I like to live my life on the culinary edge, challenging my pain tolerance and taste buds everyday by creating some of the hottest and most flavourable hot sauce recipes on the planet!! In my spare time, I have a photography business called Big Time Visual Creations. My wife and I shoot portraits, model portfolios, goth theme projects and product photography. I will be displaying some of my work here for you critiquing pleasure.
