I JUST WANT EVERY GUY WHO MIGHT EVEN THINK ABOUT SENDING ME A MESSAGE TO READ MY ENTIRE PROFILE PLUS BLOGS "THE IMPOSTER MEN OF MYSPACE" WOULD BE A GOOD START!!!! Let's see, I'm not even sure why I'm doing this, but I guess I am looking for something...other than strong friendships and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, I have no idea what that might be. I'v lead a pretty interesting life grew up in South Africa, til age 13. Then came to US, Evanston, IL for high school and then off to Northwestern University where I got my Masters in Drama/Fine Arts. Then I moved to the Seattle area for approx 10 years, was over the weather and went back to Chicago area for about 5 years. Then fell in love New Orleans, moved there (pre-Katrina) for 2 years now I'm residing in Florida. I'm a mom of a wonderful 4 year old girl, whom I currently home school, I do not believe in secular schooling, to many crazy gun toting kids. I have spent most of my life working in theatre, other than when I was in New Orleans, I worked in theatre and also owned a freelance art business. Currently I reside at a Church retreat, where I am seeking God in all that I do, as a result of a bad marriage. I'm feeling a bit displaced, and just trying to find my way after not working for 5 years. I do know that I'm looking for like minded people to socialize with. I love the out doors and enjoy all sports. Of course I love all art related activities. And am really starving for some good culture. I love to cook and bake. I also really enjoy all that comes with homemaking. I try to keep busy, I'm involved with church quite a bit, I'm in a Praise and worship dance troop, and I greet on Sundays, I also try to serve where ever I am needed. I would love to meet people who are not self-absorbed, or have to much baggage, and a good sense of humor is a must!! If you listen closely to what I am saying, you will always know where you stand and we will not have to play any games. I take pride in my home which is usually very neat and tidy. I really do not like to make plans but, once I do I give it my all. I do not mind traveling to new exotic and interesting places, as long as the trip is well planned and includes activities where I can learn something or see a bit of history. I usually prefer to have a few very close friends than to be in a big group. I am very warm, loving and giving with the people who I trust and respect. I am a creature of habit but can be very flexible in the face of change. I tend to be well organized, detail oriented and a fast worker. I have an enormous curiosity about life and an honest hunger for knowledge. I do very well in social situations, applying my keen observational skills to understanding others and making everyone feel comfortable. I have very practical and efficient way of listening and have a deep understanding of and connectedness to others. I am very tuned into others and make sure to find the time to nurture and keep the relationship healthy. I usally will try anything once, as I try to instill a no fear attitude in my daughter. I enjoy new adventures and meeting people of any type. If you are sort of wacky enjoy living life to the fullest and like to try new and intresting things, and love Jesus. Then we may have something in common, send me a note and lets connect and talk.
