Sounds Like: FIRST REVIEW FOR 'DEATH BY STEREO'
I’ll be honest it took me several attempts
to write this review, not least because it’s
very difficult to type whilst fist throwing/playing
air guitar. From the outset this is a beer swilling,
fist throwing, leather jacket monster truck of an
album. The title track kicks in with a raw sleazy
punk rock edge reminiscent of Motley Crue or LA
guns with lyrical references to Manowar circa
1996 and the energy just doesn't stop. If your
still sitting down by the bands signature track
there’s probably something seriously wrong with
your legs. But there’s more to it than just chunky
guitars, thumping drums and wailing vocals,
there’s exactly the right amount of fret board
wankery (for my tastes at least). You’ll find
yourself air-shredding yourself in to tongue
flailing trance without ever stopping to say
“dude, get a room†and before you know it
you to will be breaking out the hairspray and
leather pants. This is a great record to drive
real fast or get very drunk to (not at the same
time tho, well a bit, but don’t) Proper no nonsense,
plain and dirty rock n’ roll
