Born in 1969 in Rennes. Very young, he began to listen to rock n' roll. Bands such as AC/DC will have an effect on him like an electro shock. Then, he discovered bands such as Mötley Crüe, Ratt... the huge wave of American heavy rock. He will move away for a few years to try out thrash metal. But André quickly came back to his first love, where he notably finds Joe Lynn Turner and Whitesnake again. In 1987, he left Rennes to rejoin the city of Nantes. Music was then more present than ever in his life. In 1990, he started his first band, Graveyard, and he was briefly involved in some other heavy metal bands. In 1996, he met musicians with whom he created the heavy rock band Wild West. The band released its first album in 1998, called "One". Wild West was very active by giving a lot of gigs. That's when he met Patrick Nivesse, a bass player, and they both decided to start a band with the name of Shooter. This band started going on tour rather quickly by playing in festivals and doing the opening of the Status Quo concert at Nantes (France). Owing to a loaded timetable, because of his role as singer in the two bands, he decided to leave Shooter, to devote himself to Wild West, who was in preparation of their second album, "Second to none", which came out in 2003. One year later, after the release of the live album called "Live in the West", and owing to problems in the band, he decided to leave Wild West, and he stayed inactive for a few months. After this break, his old accomplice Patrick Nivesse gave him a ring, to suggest getting Shooter back on the road. The two brothers-in-arms got down to finding a new team. Since, Shooter has already done some gigs and is preparing a demo. The band is currently in search of a label. The new Shooter has its own style, and, while waiting for new material, the band is on tour with a repertoire of Gotthard and Whitesnake cover versions. Today, André considers himself surrounded by a solid team and defines the compositions of the band in the same vein as his influences, already mentioned. In addition to Shooter, he tours too as an acoustic trio, with Laurent Vernier, ex Wild West, and Matt Toledo, current Shooter. They have created a repertoire of all time heavy rock greats (Gotthard, Whitesnake, Zakk Wylde, AC/DC, ...) This acoustic trio tour now under the name of Tribute.
Today, André left Tribute and Shooter, and he is devoted to his new project, with a new team. This project is called "Black Ship". The band is in search of a lead guitar...

Puis il découvre des groupes comme Mötley Crüe, Ratt... toute la déferlante heavy rock US. Il s'en détachera quelques années pour se mettre au thrash métal. Mais André revient vite vers ses premiers amours, où il retrouve notamment Joe Lynn Turner et Whitesnake. En 1987, il quitte Rennes pour rejoindre la ville de Nantes. La musique est alors plus présente que jamais dans sa vie. En 1990, il monte son premier groupe, Graveyard, puis il intègre à court terme plusieurs autres groupes de heavy metal. En 1996, il rencontre des musiciens avec qui il forme le groupe de heavy rock US Wild West. Le groupe sort son premier album en 1998, intitulé "One". Wild West est alors en pleine activité musicale en donnant de nombreux concerts. C'est alors qu'il rencontre Patrick Nivesse, bassiste, et décident tous les deux de former un groupe qui portera le nom de Shooter. Ce groupe se met à tourner assez rapidement en se produisant dans des festivals et en faisant la première partie du groupe Status Quo lors de son passage à Nantes. Suite à un emploi du temps assez chargé du à son poste de chanteur dans les deux groupes, il décide de quitter Shooter pour se consacrer à Wild West, qui est en préparation de son deuxième album, Second to None, qui sort en 2003. Un an plus tard, après la sortie de l'album live intitulé "Live in the West" et suite à des problèmes dans le groupe, il décide de quitter le groupe, et il restera quelques mois inactif. Après ce break, il reçu un coup de téléphone de son ancien acolyte Patrick Nivesse, qui lui proposa de faire tourner à nouveau la machine Shooter. Les deux frères d'armes s'attèlent alors à trouver une nouvelle équipe. Depuis, Shooter a déjà donné quelques concerts et est en préparation d'une démo. Le groupe est actuellement à la recherche d'une maison de production. Shooter nouveau cru donne dans un style qui lui est cher, et dans l'attente de nouveau matériel, le groupe tourne avec à son répertoire des reprises de Gotthard, Whitesnake. André se considère aujourd'hui entouré d'une équipe solide et défini les compositions du groupe dans la même veine que ses influences, déjà citées. En marge de Shooter, il tourne aussi sous la forme d'un trio acoustique, avec Laurent Vernier, ex Wild West, et Matt Toledo, actuel Shooter. Ils ont mit sur pied un répertoire de grands standards du heavy rock (Gotthard, Whitesnake, Zakk Wylde, ACDC, ...) Ce trio acoustique tourne désormais sous le nom de Tribute. Le 16 mai 2007, le groupe a joué en première partie du groupe Scorpions, lors de leur passage au Zénith de Nantes.
Aujourd'hui, André a quitté Shooter et Tribute, pour se consacrer entièrement à son nouveau projet, "Black Ship", avec une toute nouvelle équipe. Ils sont à la recherche d'un guitariste soliste...
