In celebration of the brand new weekly night here in Chicago, Local Hero made a mix that covers the spectrum of music that he will be playing there. This one is extremely eclectic and funky just like The New Guard should be.
The Brand Spankin New Tuesday Night Party at Tini complete with DJ's, Dancers, Photographers, funk and Alcohol. The New Guard has arrived to represent those of us in Chicago who want to actually have fun when they go out and not hear the same old house music and see the same old people that you cant avoid. Our goal here is to provide the funkiest, drunkiest atmosphere possible with some music that you aint never gunna hear anywhere else; breaks, garage, 2-step, dubstep, Baltimore, electro, Drum and Bass, punk funk, Baile and what ever else we pull out of our magic boxes. I promise you it will be straight up funk! Its a new dawn on electronic music folks and heres where you'll find Chicagos future underground!
