Forgiveness is the economy of the heart... Forgiveness saves the expense of anger, the cost of hatre

About Me

(The measure of an individual can not be summed up in a paragraph) I was one of those obnoxious children who repeatedly posed the question "why" regarding everything, and I haven't changed much, not at all... with the exception of wearing spandex and fannie packs on a daily basis. Knowledge, inspiration, learning and making memories are so crucial. I'd take a bullet for any single one of my friends. How fortunate I was to find music and art to be my outlet in life... I have the objective of begining and conquering the next momentous art movement! If all plans fail, I will most likey present new meaning to the word 'starving' in starving artist. Eh, bums kick ass anyways...“What if a demon were to creep after you one night, in your loneliest loneliness, and say, 'This life which you live must be lived by you once again and innumerable times more; and every pain and joy and thought and sigh must come again to you, all in the same sequence. The eternal hourglass will again and again be turned and you with it, dust of the dust!' Would you throw yourself down and gnash your teeth and curse that demon? Or would you answer, 'Never have I heard anything more divine'?”

My Interests

Many of my delights- the arts in all its glory: art history, fine arts (painting, photography, printmaking, graphic design, ect...) and artistic self expression in multiple realms such as dance/stage performances, fashion/cosmetology , literature, and so on. Music is a strong passion of mine and has been since a young age when I was no taller than your knee cap. I find joy and love when I "tickle the ivorys" on the piano and release my inner demons on the drums. I'm drawn to music history and theory, socialism and human interaction, observation, science, insomniacs, philosophy, chaos. For amusement I like fighting with sticks and foam, raves, motorcycles, tatoos, video games (tetris and party game whore), playing Chopin, reading, art exhibits, chicken salads with my salt, murdering my hair with fiery hellish heat, exploring realms of the mind, watching time melt... Dali style! A piece of mine titled "soldiers"- tis my passion This is my girl Em's rendering of me as a cat- it captures me even down to my infamous skull bandana- Sweet Ass! My computer drawing, horray

I'd like to meet:

Real pirates, real indians, Marquis de Sade, Giger, the bizarre and eccentric, societies better side

Music:

I do and will always start from the classics- from Chopin, Rachmaninov, Bach, Debussy, ect- then to the Doors, Joplin, Oingo Boingo(and any Danny Elfman music and scores for that matter), The Sex Pistols, Nirvana, Misfits--- Tori Amos and Ani DiFranco--- Skinny Puppy, KMFDM, The Young Gods, Cabaret Voltaire, Killing Joke, Dimmu Borgir, NIN, Type O Negative, and the list carries on for miles. I have a soft place in my heart for pirate songs, rhythmic tribal tunes, powernoise, trance, arabic, jungle, experimental, folk, and much more. Basically- music gives me !!!REASON!!! I could totally melt in the vibrations...

Movies:

Quite an array- Directors such as Jim Jarmusch, David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, Danny Boyle, Yoshiaki Kawajiri, Darren Aronofsky, Christophe Gans, Tim Burton(a significant favorite), Tarantino, Richard Kelly, and so on. I am quite charmed by The Midnite Movies and any Vincent Price films. I love Evil Dead movies, any "good" animes(Ninja Scroll, Vampire Hunter D), Requiem for a Dream, A Clockwork Orange, foreign films, and also documentaries. Some recent films I enjoy-- A Scanner Darkly and Pan's Labyrinth. So many good film ideas, though so many are disappointingly executed quite poorly

Books:

Many genres- much respect--- Anthony Burgess, Mark Z. Danielewski, Friedrich Nietzsche, Bram Stoker, Jack Kerouac, Poe, Sylvia Plath, Marya Hornbacher, Marcus Sanders, Franz Kafka(very personal fav), Hunter S. Thompson, and the list goes on... I personally enjoy short philosophy books with short thoughts, short quotes and short passages(great reading for an A.D.D. victim!), disheartening poetry, and most importanly the Darwin Awards- always an encouraging read

Heroes:

Amaretto Sours... mmmmm, like Italian sex in a cup
