Carl and Barni is an independtly owned women's boutique near Town and Country. The store is known for two C's-color and customer service. We attend markets in Dallas and buy bright, fun, well made casual clothing for any woman, the working mom to the socialite. Shopping is fun at Carl and Barni because of the relaxed, fun atmosphere.
