Hey guys, I'm ~*JodI*~! Though, you probably already know that, being that you are on my page and all. Let's see...about me...I went to Radford University, and majored in accounting. I actually really enjoy my work, well...maybe not during tax season! But the other 9 plus months are pretty fab. I have a beautiful "puppy" named Johnson...who's two years, HaHa! He's my favorite little guy =) My family, has always been such a blessing and comfort. They never fail to amaze me with their enduring love and faith. Thank you, for giving me the courage to face my fears, the perserverance to accomplish my goals, and a solid faith in the unknown. And last, but certainly not least, I have the best friends a girl could ask for. A cliche', yes. But truly, whether we met each other in preschool, middle school, college, post college...I have been privileged to share in their lives, and gain a piece of each one of them throughout the years. I know that I have benefited, in some way, from each and every one of them. It's where beauty resides for me. Something that doesn't fade throughout the years, but actually continues to grow stronger with each passing season.
As we get older, my...how the path seems so uncertain sometimes. Not sure where each one is going to go or end up. Only the dream of what we will and can do ahead. Some rule of thumbs:
(1) LEARN from the past, and have no regrets. After all, how could we be certain of what we want in the present, without already experiencing life's trials and errors.
(2) LIFE is never perfect. But, it's how you handle the "bumps in the road" which determines your character.
(3) LET GO of the things that are out of your control. Chances are, they're not that important to begin with. They will only inhibit your ability to FLY.
(4) LOVE is never a mistake. Whether good or bad, you learn and grow from it...without suffering there would be no compassion.~It is the bonds shared with others, on all levels, that makes for a Shining existence. Thank you to all of those who have made me Glow.~
