Oldham comedian Chris Roche started doing stand-up in April 2003. In his short career he has reached:
City Life North West Comedian of the Year finalist 2003 & 2004
Finalist Leicester Mercury comedian of the Year 2004
semi-finalist in C4 So You think You're Funny 2004
semi-finalist in BBC New Comedy Award 2004.He has written topical gags for 2 Channel 4 series alongside Jimmy Carr and Gina Yashere.He has played all the major venues in Manchester and is now gigging further afield. In 2006 he supported Jason Manford on the tour of Perrier nominated show Urban Legend.Now full-time as a comedian, he hopes to spend more of his time on writing projects.
