The Bandwagon team, arent just about throwing ridiculous parties and festivals we are also concerned with human rights and giving back to people who need a hand.
In February 2008 the Bandwagon crew and friends are travelling to Kibera, Kenya and for the past 12 months have been collecting medical supplies, sporting equipment, and schooling supplies, and now its your chance to help.
A pair of thongs, is something Aussies can take for granted, something so simple to us, is of a grand scale to them. We're not about trying to fix their problems, we are about giving them a leg up, and something as simple as a pair of shoes goes a long way.
So this year at Wonderland Festival Havaianas along with the Bandwagon crew are running a BRING A SPARE PAIR drive. There will be a mini skip as you walk in to throw them in, and for every pair received, Havaianas will match us one for one.
So if you can help, bring a long a spare pair of thongs and contribute to helping our golbal community!!!!

Wonderland isnt just another MUSIC festival, we have ART too!!!
We are not a BIG DAY OUT, though the day is BIG and our line up is HOT !!
We dont have 48,000 people, pushing and bashing and spitting, but we do have thousands rocking out!!!
We dont have expensive tickets that sell out in seconds so only a few with quick enough download speeds dont have to line up for 4 hours waiting for a ticket, though the numbers are limited and the tickets are selling fast!
We may have punters but we definitely have no spectators!!!!
We may have Art but we aint no stuffy gallery where a selection of people decide what is art and what is not!!!
We are about giving ALL artists a platform, whether you're a musician, painter, sculptor, illustrator, photographer, graphic designer, installation artist, street artist, bubble blower, WHATEVER!!!
Whether you do it for fun, or whether you dream of it as a career, or it already is!!!
