I have been tattooing since January 1996. After attempting to teach myself for a year or so I began an apprenticeship at Papillon South, on Singer Island, Fl. under the direction of Whitey Freeman, Palm Beach County's first licensed tattooer, with over 27 years experience in the industry. Three years later I completed my apprenticeship, having been thoroughly instructed in all aspects of the craft, including making needles, tuning machines, and most importantly, maintaining a sterile environment through proper cross-contamination prevention.
