I am a little bit shy at first, but I make friends rather quickly. My parents used to call me "Cautious Sam", because I would always "analyze" people or situations completely, before I would participate with others. I guess I still do that to some extent, but in the process I learned what qualities to look for in my friends. I like hanging out with buds at the local bar,on weekends. I also enjoy weekend "roadtrips" to close towns/cities to visit old friends, and sometimes even make new ones. I have many interests including Politics (Democratic of course), working out 2 to 3 nights a week at the gym, and my favorite hobby is just working on my house. I have to admit that I am very handy with tools. I guess I just have a good mechanical aptitude, because most of my friends appreciate my help when they need a hand. I am not really very good at describing myself, but in some respects I may be a bit too eclectic to easily discribe. Unfortunately, or maybe even fortunately for me, I tend to be a good Boyscout (except for that part in the oath about being STRAIGHT)...LOL.
