Star Sweeper is AKA as Brent Vincent- based out of SLC, Utah.
At the age of 15, Brent started hitting the clubs. Being exposed to this nightlife style, Brent gained a strong passion for Dance music. As time went on- he jumped on the wagon, working for clubs.
Throughout the years since, he has had the oppurtunity to work with club promotion, club lighting, club design, DJ, and Club Management, where he was given the tools , to become successful and goal oriented in the music industry.
Brent started DJing SUCCESSFULLY in clubs, starting in 1998. He has had held many residencies since, each lasting over 2+ years. At his peak, Brent was holding down 6 residencies in 1 week!
His main focus lately, has been Production. Coming from a background of piano, and trumpet, he spends as much time as possible working on music production.He loves to do remixes as well as his own stuff.
UPDATE: As of February 2008- Brent has temaed up with Nu NRG Productions along with Power Music, to do remixes as well as Editing and mixing. He is on his way to acheive his goals that have been listed below for over a year now. The song "Apologize" above, in his player will be available for download with itunes shortly, as well as bein his first signed track.5 year goals are:
