I saw Blue’s picture on the internet he was going to be euthanized because the shelter he was in was out of room. I just had to save him. I drove from NC to GA to pick him up and when I got to the shelter he was limping. When I got him home I took him straight to the vet where he was diagnosed with lyme disease. Approximately 6 months after his treatment for lyme disease he began to limp again. The vet took x-rays of his legs only to discover they had been broken 12-15 times with no medical treatment. I started him on daily supplements and put him on a special diet to help hoping he would have many happy years.
On Saturday we had Blue at a local adoption event. He began shaking uncontrollably from the pain and started to limp again. He will need surgery which my vet is willing to do for $900.00.
I have never needed help with medical bills like this but Blue is a special dog that has touched my heart. If you can help Blue live the pain free life he deserves all donations are tax deductible. All donations are welcome no matter how small every little bit counts.

NINA
Nina, was wondering the streets with a litter of puppies. Well someone took her puppies and left her on the street. Nina was at some point someones pet. She is super sweet and very friendly with people and dogs. Nina is crate/house trained, walks on leash, and loves children. She would really like to have a family of her own.
