About Chauncey Nedd:

Let's get to the point, Chauncey Nedd came to New York from Logan West Virginia in 1975. On getting to Hempstead New York, Chauncey Nedd joined with Evon Lewis, who put together the recording group Change, with hits "Glow of Love", "Searching and Holiday", featuring Luther Vandross. Evon put Chauncey in touch with Butch Bateman the great drummer from New York who played on recording sessions with Bernard Purdy of MOTOWN fame. Butch got Chauncey Nedd on bass guitar and vocals to join Gary Tom's and the Empire with major hit's, "7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Blow your Whistle", The BEATLES remake, "BABY YOU CAN DRIVE MY CAR", and hitting number 7 on billbraod's dance chart, "STAND UP AND SHOUT", which Chauncey Nedd arranged. Chauncey toured with the Empire for 3 years, Chauncey played bass guitar on mega hit, "ESCAPE IF YOU LIKE PINA COLADA" with Rupert Holmes, and then went on to record a great club hit with the Invisible Man's Band, "ALL NIGHT THANG", New in THE NEDDMAN BAND is 3 time Grammy award winner from G&B PRODUCT singing his hit single "MARIA MARIA" recorded on the CARLOS SANTANA ALBUM is Marvin Moore, this young buck is just outstanding, you mush see him live. Chauncey Nedd brought in a great player on the keybroads James Spears one of the nation top HIP HOP performer, James Spears who played and tour with Christopher Williams. On guitar, Hempstead's own little Dino. This great R/B guitar player and vocals Dorsey McRae, bringing back the old school classic style of yesterday, DORSEY ALSO OPENED AT THE APOLLO FOR JAMES BROWN. Kicking lead guitar Andre LaSalle, recorded with Miles Davis, John Schofield, Daryll Jones of STING, now with THE ROLLING STONES, and ROBERT IRVING. Julio Claudio on vocals and guitar, this young player will make your body move and feel good. Anthony Brown on drums, The ATOMIC DOG, the funk is real and true, Anthony wrote and toured with ERICKA BADU.
