Jill Rowland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Columbia College and is a native South Carolina. She has judged, emceed and participated in beauty pageants for 15 years. It was Jill's love of beauty pageants and fashion that prompted her to open Dazzles in February of 2000.
