2009 has seen worldwide Delice & Matinee London resident, Paul Heron, break through on the international remix scene - reimagining platinum selling artists Empire of The Sun for EMI, Colton Ford for the Peace biscuit label New York, re-editing Grace Jones Hurricane and Stonebridges "Take me away" along the way with production partner and legendary DJ, Alan X.
Living by the mantra 'dirty, sexy, fun' Paul draws upon his 15,000 or so records to create club specific sets of dirty pumping funk tribal and uplifting progressive house.
Born a Scot but now firmly a Londoner, Paul Heron has previously held residencies in the capital's finest clubs such as Fabric's legendary DPTM and The End's Discotech, Action, Crash, Beyond, A.M and Orange alongside guesting at major nights like Trade, Wildfruit, Coco Latte, Universe and Salvation.
Since his international debut in Paris Paul and his record bag have been clocking up the air miles ever since, spinning from Singapore to Sydney, Ibiza to Istanbul, Toronto to Tel Aviv, Milan, Rome, New York, Moscow, Prauge, Stockholme, San Fran to L.A...etc etc taking control of the decks alongside the likes of David Guetta, Frankie Knuckles, Wally Lopez, Tom Stephan, Seamus Haji, Pete Tong, Judge Jules, dj Paulette and Sonique to name but a handful and sharing event stages with most notably Lady Ga Ga, Gloria Gaynor, Mariah Carey and Barbra Tucker .
A graduate of the London College of Fashion, Paul's talents are by no means limited to music, with success in art, fashion and photography; disciplines that he has harnessed and integrated in to his VJing and DJ sets. Paul has played at parties for haute couture labels such as Dior and designed catwalk soundscapes for many of the world's leading fashion brands.
With Paul Heron many have learnt to expect the unexpected, and trust us he certainly hasn't run out of surprises just yet...
