About Me

Magnus started in 1987. Shortly after completing their first demo called "POWER METAL" Rob Bandit joins the band. In 1988 they play a few concerts in France. After the return a demo called "TRASH SPEED BLOOD METAL" was recorded. Six songs are really really aggressive. Krzysztof KRIS Brankowski, a well-known presenter of heavy metal music on Polish public radio, takes care of the band's management. "Scarlet Slaughterer" is the effect of band's hard work during busy, also in doing many concerts, year of 1989. This material was re-released later by Reaper Metal Records [ http://unitedheadbanger.com/catalog/ ] on CD and by Blood Harvest on LP in 2007. Let's go back, however. In 1990 Magnus went behind the eastern border to Moscow; later did some gigs in Poland, slowly working on new tracks which were recorded in 1991 as a demo tape called "The GODS OF CRIME." The following year marks Magnus involvement in concerts with such bands as Napalm Death, Samael. New songs recorded in Izabelin studio make their next album called "I WAS WATCHING MY DEATH," issued by a Swiss record company - BLACKEND. Concerts follow. Magnus attend festivals like: "Shark Attack," "Jarocin," play with Vader, Dragon, Pandemonium, Betrayer, Gorefest, Atrocity, Deicide. In 1993 another full length album is recorded. Initially "Alcoholic Suicide" came out in Poland exclusively but thanx to Holycast Records this material is finally available also to the rest of the world. A new record is almost ready. Beware!!!
