Quennect 4 is an independently-run alternative art-multi use space that supports the intersection of social, political, economical and geographic communities.
Q4 focuses on diversity and giving back to the community. Founded by John Ibarra and Fausto Lopez, Q4's very existence is a testament to the necessity of a multilateral vision in the process of cultural (r)evolution. Our dedication to diversity is evident in our events, which range from consciousness-raising parties focused on social justice issues to multi-media art shows exhibiting the work of emerging artist.
When we are not opening our doors to the community, we are knocking on theirs and seeking opportunities to collaborate. Art is a powerful tool for social and political change. It is for these reasons that we actively seek out opportunities to connect artist to the communities they effect.
