About Me by Michael Hendrick. Once upon a time there was a kid named mike. When he was in 1st grade the teacher asked all the mikes in the class. "Do any of you like to be called by any other name". All the other mikes said no, but this one Mike said "yes i'd like to be called mikey" and although he's never been refered to as "mikey" once in his entire life he really liked the name and hoped that other people would call him that. However his teacher said "No, I dont think we can call you mikey" and the mike was sad and had to be called mike his entire life.. just like everyone else. the end
