I am here for Friends

About Me

Hm, where to start.
I'm an artist, designer, martial artist, musician, programmer, all around nut. I'm sure I'll add more as I think about it. I started doing TKD in 85 and continue to this day along with Escrima.

MMA

I've been training in MMA (Muay Thai/Boxing/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling etc) since October 07. The gym I'm at is 'The Barracks' (www.barracksmma.com). My team is KCKC (Kut-throat Committee Kombat Club) http://www.barracksmma.com/kckc
I'm absolutely loving the training and going 2 hours a night, 3-4 days per week.

Next Fight: TBD (Working down to 205)

A big thanks to my shorts sponsor!

ATA History

Let's see, 4th degree, Certified Instructor, I run ATAcards.com for school owners to get affordable, high-quality cards to promote their ATA schools. I also donate to the H.U. Lee Memorial foundation, and have donated time/artwork to the ATA Kicks far for NAAR (Autism Research).

If you have an ATA Taekwondo school and need cards, postcards, doorhangers etc, go to: http://www.atacards.com

Btw, click here: http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/
If they get clicks, they get to offer free exams to people who can't afford it.

BREAK TIME!!!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Rigan Machado, ok, again! I learned so much last time it was insane. To think if I could spend a week or two... Marcelo Garcia, holy cow that guy is a genius! Eddie Bravo, that guy is nuts! He's like a Picaso of BJJ, random weird things that completely work, but don't look like most I've seen before heh. Ari Bolden, Ryan Hall, and the rest of the BJJ No-gi guys out there giving back, just to say thanks for the vids! Chuck Norris, although I had a chance and spent the night out with a few crazy friends once in Vegas ;). Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, again, his workout was great, his sense of humor hilarious, his humility was humbling, a true hero (and yes, run-on sentence ;p) Jet Li, just to thank him for being inspirational in his movies. Chow Yun Fat, just because he's _the_ man. Eternal Grand Master again... to thank him for believing in me. GSP, just to tell him thanks for having class and showing you can be a stand-up guy in this world.
